The future of India depends on the young, its citizens, children who are the next generation. As per 2011 Census, population of children in the age group of 5 to 15 years is about 28.6 crores, i.e. 24% of india's total population.
To build a strong nation, children should be given healthy food and nutrition including a diverse diet which inter alia includes milk and milk products, thereby contributing to the eradication of malnutrition.
NFN would play the role of a catalyst by networking between the donor, dairy cooperative and school/s identified by the donor.
Funds received would be utilized through a supply agreement with the identified dairy cooperative for required quantity of the specified milk/milk product variant suitable for school children on a regular basis at the identified school/s.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We have prepared a short video explaining clearly how our donation process works.
All donors will be given a high level of detail and transparency as to how many children they have gifted milk to.
